One of the battles I am fighting right now escalated this week into a full fledged war zone. Amidst the turmoil and tears, the Lord showed His amazing love.
The LORD your God is with you,
he is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
he will quiet you with his love,
he will rejoice over you with singing."Zephaniah 3:17 NIV
The song "Amazed" looped in my head during the early morning hours on Friday and changed my grief to praise as I gave thanks to the One that knows the future and can comfort my heart and calm my fears.
When I pulled up the video I wanted to share, the title of one of the related videos caught my eye.
Undo...
Never had heard it, but had to listen for a moment...
it was just what I needed to hear!
I was reminded that only the Lord can "undo" the mess we make of our lives and we can't fix things on our own, no matter how hard we try...so we certainly can't "undo" the mess another person has made of their life and we just have to leave that situation in God's strong but gentle hands.

Blessings Karen...How HE LOVES YOU!
LORD I'M AMAZED BY YOU!
SO beautiful the video accompanying "AMAZED"! Great choice!
2 for 1!!! Awesome, powerful song!
I had heard this & loved it but did not know the title or artist of "UNDO". How inspirational! Thank you for sharing your heart & words!
So hard to leave it in His Hands but the only way our messes can be UNDONE with His Love & grace & mercy! Hope you found the place & peace you were seeking in the songs & the war zone seems a bit calmer & some resolve! Christ's peace & love
surround you in the battle...be strong & courageous & stand firm in Him...
I keep looking for that "undo" button, and it just isn't there. Thanks for the reminder.
Keep going! Amazed is a georgous song that doesn't even come close to expressing how much God loves you, and the song is great! Just keep repeating how wide...how deep...how great is your love for me.
And I don't know about you, but no matter how broken my heart or how much fear I am fighting, If I raise my hands to God and declare "Lord, I'm amazed by you" well... peace that surpasses understanding.
Wonderful post this week.
never heard of it too but thanks that you found it and shared this to us...I love the song....
Then sings my soul-Who am I?
I need that 'undo' button too. I've made so much mess in my life the Master's touch will surely do me some good. Thanks for sharing these songs. There's a line in there - "I focus on the score" Wow! That's exactly how I run my life - a bit scary. There's a necessity to recognize the importance of slowing down on being too quantitative.
Lovely post. Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Sherry
Karen, God always has a beautiful way of showing us that He loves us. Like the verse you showed, He will quiet you with His love and even rejoice over you with singing, because He takes great delight in you. That is amazing! Our minds have a hard time comprehending this, only our spirit can.
I loved both videos. Thank you. Your blog always blesses me, however I haven't been on the computer as much recently. I am always blessed by your comments that you send to me, too.
A special thanks for sharing "Jelly Pages". I am so impressed by your new look, that I had to check it out and update mine too. You are a blessing, my friend. Carolyn

Those were great songs, Karen. I am sorry you had such a hard week.
Sometimes we have to turn things over to Him and let Him fight the battle. Praying for you, Dear ~ I'm glad the videos ministered to you and you can praise Him in the storm.
Thanks for sharing! I just wanted to stop in and say thank you for visiting my blog as well! Looking forward to reading more of yours :)

Dear friend, I have prayed for you today that Papa God would once again hold you close and speak tenderly to you right where you are.
Hugs!
It is good to know that my battle has also turned into a full fledge war. Great post and song, Thanks

Your words said, "so we certainly can't "undo" the mess another person has made of their life and we just have to leave that situation in God's strong but gentle hands."
I needed that reminder today.
It's hard to watch a loved one make mistakes.
But God is out there ahead of them...and He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly beyond what we ask or think.
Oh Karen. I will have to e-mail you with my heart while I watched and listened to the video "Undo"....I had heard the song before...but today----I saw something new.
You are a blessing to me over and over!
