Aren’t family memories wonderful? Treasures stored in our hearts to share with future generations...pictures imprinted in our minds to remember of days long ago...
My sons are all grown now, but once upon a time they were little...and as brothers are prone to do, they liked to terrorize bother each other constantly occasionally.
One such incident took place outside a popular fish restaurant. The youngest brother ordered fish like his big brothers, but to his dismay, did not enjoy it as much as his usual chicken nuggets.
Having tender feelings towards the unwanted fillet, and also not wanting a reprimand by his dad, my youngest quietly placed the rejected fish in his pants pocket.
While leaving the restaurant, he made the unfortunate decision to share this secret with his older brother who promptly proceeded to practice his newest boxing moves on the pocket of his younger brothers pants...
Needless to say, flakes of fish and crumbs of breading are NOT easy things to clean out of a pocket...
The moral of this story is...
Feelings of remorse for dead seafood are best not shared...

lol, That is cute, Karen. Boys will be boys.
LOL, so typical of brothers. Reminds me of the time Josiah stuck his tongue out at Nathan. Nathan grabbed his tongue and would not let go. They both got in trouble. :)
Love this story. You are a saint!
funny side: word verification is "surimp" ha ha...like country for "shuurimp"
Oh that is too cute...... I raised two boys and sometime I sit around and just smile at the memories that cross my mind.........
What a precious story! Thanks for sharing.
