Karen,

I love how you decorated your blog for Christmas! I love the blogheader photo.

You did a great job writing about "The First Time." (And yes, I'm old enough to remember thinking Davy Jones, from The Monkees, was cute. You are not alone!)

That is a priceless story Karen! Mothers are good for those little nudges aren't they? I bet you are glad that you submitted to that one! :)

Karen, I really liked that video in black and white...absolutely wonderful! The photo of your grandfather is precious...he looks like a gentle man.

I remember the monkees...they were my favorites for many years...in fact, when our son was in middle school, we only allowed him to listen to the Monkees and a few other groups that had "clean" music.

And that's a sweet story of you and your hubby...true love that begins when we're young and lasts a lifetime is such a blessing. I believe when the Lord in the center of a marriage, all three really do "become one". We just celebrated 39 years...I posted about it a few weeks ago...I still remember that day as if it was yesterday.

God bless,
Mary

A brave and bold young girl, asking her man to a banquet...

I love that; not sure how I'd feel if a young gal would do the same with my boys, but then again, it sounds like something I would do!

The glorious impossible...

Happy remembrance to you both.
