Thanks for the Moment….

Ever had a “moment”?

No, I’m not talking about a senior moment...for those from my generation...

Ever had an “A HA” moment?

Maybe even a HA HA HA HA moment?

You KNOW what I am talking about...

This past week, my inbox contained an email that gave me BOTH these moments...and then some...

Congratulations!

Every year Internet Café Devotions hosts Blessed Aroma, a call out to blog readers to nominate their favorite blogs, in specific categories, written by Christian Women. Those with the most nominations are compiled into a list that gives us the TOP 100 Christian Women’s blogs each year.

Your blog was chosen this year in the category of: “Cup Overfloweth Blog”. We hope this blesses you as much as you have blessed others!

top-100

Now, most certainly I was humbled that my fellow bloggers would nominate "Hallelujah Anyhow". I appreciate each and everyone of you that take the time to visit and I give praise to the Lord for His blessings. He is the One who gives inspiration and then instills that burning need to share what He has done in our lives.

Having followed many of the other blogs in this list of 100, several descriptive words come to mind that really don’t do these women justice...

Encouraging

Inspiring

Anointed

Awesome

and

REAL...

I am deeply honored to be included with these fine Christian women and stand in awe of the ways the Lord uses each one to bless and minister to others.

However...

I must confess, when I first read the name of the category where my blog was listed...the

Cup Overfloweth Blog...

I HAHAHA’ed for a moment...or two...

Like it is with so many of you,

LIFE and everything in it, has been OVERFLOWING the past few months...the plates I laid down in January...buried beneath the flood...and no amount of sonar equipment or deep sea diving seemed to be able to bring them to the surface...

Covered in an ocean of obligations...

Until...

that A HA moment...

That eye opening moment, that each of us experience at one time or another...

While turning to place our blogging speaking visitation or WHATEVER ministry plate in the back corner of the cabinet...we pause...listen...and hear...

Not just yet, daughter...there is still work to be done here...someone needs to know about what I am doing in your life...just a little while longer...

And we say..

Yes, Lord....

Blessings sweet Karen...so here's where I should officially Congratulate you and not the last post but I just couldn't wait!

I never laughed HAHAHA...nor thought aha because you do belong with the exact words you used to describe the others you know...I love your willingness to say "Yes LORD"!

Well deserved because you are a vessel overflowing with so much for His Kingdom and I so have enJOYed the aroma from Hallelujah Anyhow but mostly from your sweet friendship and inspiration. I have so missed you!

So are you back? Are you rested?
or is this just a thank you deal...
see ya' later. Remember that kid rhyme: I'm a little teapot...so tip you over and spill you out...since your cup overfloweth!!!

(((hugs))) Peggy
