Lazarus and his sisters invited Jesus to dinner at their home. Martha served. Lazarus was one of those sitting at the table with them. Mary came in with a jar of very expensive aromatic oils, anointed and massaged Jesus' feet, and then wiped them with her hair. The fragrance of the oils filled the house.

Very beautiful, Karen ~ thank you ~ Sweet blessings ~
Blessings Karen... One of my favorite depictions of Jesus with Mary! What a wonderful verse and picture to choose! I just watched a video of my MN home church's Easter Drama, "Life Giver" ... the witness, and ohhh how I treasure the scene with Martha and Mary with Jesus! I'm more of a Mary than a Martha (:) This is priceless!
May our homes be filled with the aroma of Christ! May we be willing to wash the feet of other's in Jesus' Name! May we be bold enough to proclaim the anointing of the Spirit and the Good News on the highways and the byways! Have a blessed Easter celebration & enJOY WFW!
Peace & Love,
Peggy
She showed such love and gratitude towards Jesus. It reminds me that I have so much to be thankful for as He died for me.
Blessings and love,
Debbie
Karen, this made me cry. What a word you picked for this Wednesday. It touched me so much, that this 'insignificant' woman knew something so significant that no one else recognized. And Jesus knew her heart.
God bless you!
Please see mine here.
I really like your WFW.
Amen, Karen! Blessings.
I like this picture.
I would love to have it as a wall hanging.
I am reading an Easter devotional an I find it interesting, they say nothing was recorded for Wednesday. It's a day of silence.
I often picture myself doing the same in certain moments of worship.
I see myself there...
I need to be there.
I am, again, this week.

What a timely word for those of us who are so busy in this life that we forget to be about His business.
