Press On - TSMSS

I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.

Philippians 3:14 NLT

PRESS ON

When the valley is deep
When the mountain is steep
When the body is weary
When we stumble and fall

When the choices are hard
When we're battered and scarred
When we've spent our resources
When we've given our all

In Jesus’ name, we press on
In Jesus’ name, we press on
Dear Lord, with the prize
Clear before our eyes
We find the strength to press on

Hi Karen,
I wanted to let you know I joined in on `TSMSS` this week. Have a Great Saturday. We will be visiting a friend of ours (early 50's) who has had a massive stroke. Seems like the enemy was ready to pounce on him. He and his wife are brand new Christians and they've been attacked head on. Please pray for them. Thanks

Wow--how special to run into this song today. I've never heard it, but "press on" was always a favorite phrase of my dad's. We included it in his memorial service after he died this Valentine's day. And today is his birthday. I'm crying as I write this, but thankful...

Karen, what a beautiful song choice for this morning. I love Selah and this particular song. The words speak to my heart today. Your photo of the runner on the beach with the rainbow is fabulous. What a perfect image for the theme of this song; love it.

Blessings and love,
Debbie

Love this about pressing on.

I'm on an old computer without sound so I couldn't listen to song.

Have a blessed weekend.
Hugs to you, Karen,

Tiffany
