They are perfect baby bouncers -
Yet can be the undoing of the nervous or bashful.
Here in the south we even measure by them...
“Why I remember when you were just knee high to a grasshopper!”
As we age, our knees may become noisy melodious when bent...
But perhaps their greatest purpose is in warfare...
Satan trembles when he sees
the weakest saint
upon his knees.
~ William Cowper
Whether kneeling physically, or within one’s heart,
this posture of surrender and adoration
proclaims the awesomeness of our Maker,
and the unworthiness of ourselves...
When we sink to our knees at the cross,
He raises us up to see His face...
Please join me by being
knee deep in thanks
as we acknowledge where
ALL our help comes from...
Come, let us bow down in worship.Let us getdown on our kneesbefore the Lord Who made us.Psalm 95:6 NLV

AMEN! I'm with you Karen!! Praise our Glorious LORD!
Thank you for glorifying our Lord today, Karen. I say Amen to that!
He is ALL and He is LORD!
Amen, amen sis.
AMEN and blessings Karen! Count me in with you "knee deep" in THANKFULNESS!
He is SO WORTHY!
Love your precious grandbaby that gets those knee bouncings!
And each use of knees, makes me more grateful (even a sweet chuckle facing the reality of snap, crackle and pop) but how very true! I need knee deep prayer for my knees! (not like they use to be...)
But the BEST KNEE BENDER is to Our Lord when we bow to Him! And I so agree that the greatest purpose is in warfare. I love that you gifted our precious Denise with a prayer box(that was you and a surprise, right?) You are so full of surprises and so many blessings from your words, from your heart,
to your precious gifts that bless us so much! God so delights in how you share His dear love! You are a God send!
Beautifully written once again and I'm so glad that "satan trembles when he sees the weakest saint upon his knees" (great quote)! God is awesome! And so worthy of our PRAISE!
Standing (not kneeling-sorry) in agreement for the battles for our loved ones! Glorifying God for all His blessings and counting you as one!
Love,
Peggy

I recently finished Beth Moore's study on the Psalms of Ascent. She pointed out the fact the way up is first down...on our knees, humbled before the Lord.
Blessings,
Joan
Amen and blessings to you Karen.
Beautiful!!
I love that I have *Rice Krispies* knees - I don't care. They can "snap, crackle, and pop" all the way down as I kneel at the cross of our gracious Savior!
Knee deep in His Love - I stand firm.
GOD BLESS!
Beautiful Blessings for sure!!
Have a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving, Karen!!
Hugs,
Coreen
