Thankful Thursday - Impossibilities

TTButton with Laurie @ Women Taking a Stand

That’s impossible!

It will never happen...

That will never work...

They will never do that...

You will never be anything...

I am thankful for man’s impossibilities...

Jesus replied,

"What is impossible with men

is possible with God."

Luke 18:27 NIV

It will happen as just as the Lord says...

It will work for His good and His glory...

They will do it according to His will...

You are His child and the possibilities are endless...

Without impossibilities, His glory is hidden.

What man’s eyes can not see, His glory reveals.

Love this post!! Even though that usually runs through my mind I know that with God anything is possible!! Sometimes we may have to struggle but in the end it is always His will and things always turn out how He planned!

Hi Karen,

This post is like an April shower of encouragement; refreshing my heart as I read it. I am drenched with these words:
"Without impossibilities, His glory is hidden...What man’s eyes can not see, His glory reveals."

Blessings and peace.

What a wonderful composition - it is like music itself! I love the phrase about "without impossibilities, His glory is hidden." How truly remarkable IS that statement! If it were not for "impossibilities" we could never grow. Our capacity is so much greater than we are willing to admit. It is in the impossibilities that we are forced to face the truth. We CAN be all that God created us to be - when we place our trust in Him.

Thank you for touching on this topic today. As the trials of this economy and unemployment face me upon waking each day it is good to find an encouraging word.

I invite you to stop by my post in this week's Thankful Thursday blog hop. I called it "When You Choose What You Got". I hope that you will find an encouraging word there.

Sweet blessings Karen... Beautiful way to see impossibilities as possibilities and thank God for the good He is bringing forth.

Your endings strikes me the most:
"Without impossibilities, His glory is hidden. What man’s eyes can not see, His glory reveals."
Hallelujah Anyhow, right?

Glory revealed in Promises fulfilled & His work complete!

So encouraging and uplifting of all He can & will do according to His will and plan...AMEN!

Love & peace from a grateful heart,
Peggy

Karen - I had a computer glitch and tried to comment earlier. Please excuse me if I commented twice.

I'm always encouraged when I come to your blog. I love this, "You are His child and the possibilities are endless... Without impossibilities, His glory is hidden. What man’s eyes can not see, His glory reveals."

Blessings and joy,
Joan

I first popped in this morning but I had to rush off to work so I could not comment. However, the scripture stuck with me:
Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God."
~Luke 18:27 NIV
Such an awesome promise. I can say that is certainly true about my husband's journey with cancer.
God has been removing roadblocks for him all along. Praise Him!

Life would be so boring and predictable if it weren't for those impossibilities. God works miracles and turns those impossibilities into wonders! He does it every day ...

God bless you Karen, and thanks for the hope-filled post.
